PCOS
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Hormonal disorder causing irregular periods, excess androgen, and polycystic ovaries. Affects 1 in 5 Indian women. Highly treatable with the right plan.

Endometriosis

Fluid-filled sacs on the ovaries — most are benign and resolve on their own. Complex or persistent cysts require monitoring or laparoscopic removal.

Cervical Abnormalities
Cervical Cancer Screening
Pap smear + HPV DNA testing can detect pre-cancerous changes years before cancer develops. Cervical cancer is almost entirely preventable with screening.
Symptoms: Abnormal bleeding — most pre-cancerous changes have no symptoms
Menopause
Menopause & Perimenopause
The natural end of menstruation, usually between 45–55. Perimenopause can begin years earlier with hormonal fluctuations, hot flashes, and mood changes.
Symptoms: Hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, sleep disruption, vaginal dryness
Gestational Diabetes
Diabetes in Pregnancy
Affects 10–14% of Indian pregnancies. With proper monitoring and diet, most women with gestational diabetes have healthy pregnancies.
Symptoms: Usually detected on routine glucose screening — no clear symptoms
